Our network is load balanced across 3 geographic regions, on a call-by-call basis. In the unlikely event of equipment failure, the call continues to a region without dropping the call or anyone knowing of the failure. Our Interconnection Peers are also fully-redundant, so if there is an outage at a peer we send your call through a different one – seamlessly.
